What does our Accounts Receivable Customer Payments Analyst do?
The purpose of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer Payments Analyst is to assist the Cash Manager and Assistant Managers in day-to-day projects as well as work on updating processes and procedures in the Cash Department. Accuracy and attention to detail is a priority in this position in order to keep customer accounts up to date.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Cash Manager and Assistant Cash Managers with daily requestsProcess Customer Check RefundsDocument New Processes and ProceduresOversee Lockbox and Assist with TrainingBad Debt Recovery – post/document recovery payments and establish processWork with mailroom to automate deliveries using handheld scanning deviceAssist with Internal Audit Requests for Proof of PaymentsResearch Uncashed Check RequestsRequirements – knowledge of Pestpac, Navision, iRIS, Microsoft office including ExcelAbility to work on multiple systems at onceAble to multitask in a fast-paced team environmentHave knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North AmericaBe punctual for scheduled arrival, departure, and break timesBe able to work the required days and hours for the position, which is integral to the success of the role, and due to business needs, especially during month-endWhat do you need?
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Finance or related area of study is preferred3 - 5 years Cash posting and Banking experience preferredStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Must pass pre-employment background screenWhy Choose Us?
