Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will manage an extensive portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels. This role involves strategizing work queues, initiating customer calls, generating delinquent notices, account adjustments, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. The coordinator will regularly evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend initiatives to achieve operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement for collections and customer service.

ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable portfolio across multiple sales channels.Initiate customer calls and generate delinquent notices.Perform account adjustments, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.Evaluate opportunities to drive process improvements.Lead initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement.Participate in systems improvements and streamline the collection process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps.Manage trends of unpaid balances and recommend solutions.Research and resolve unpaid balances, short-paid balances, and pricing discrepancies.Develop and maintain knowledge of rebates and promotional programs.Essential SkillsAccounts receivable and credit & collections expertise.Experience in process improvement and driving changes.Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot Tables, X-lookups).4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.Oracle experience is highly preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree is a plus.Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a hybrid schedule Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
