Apply daily cash receipts accurately and efficiently ? Monitor customer accounts and coordinate payment resolutions ? Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve collection issues ? Reduce delinquency rates and support organizational goals ? Lead invoice dispute resolutions across departments ? Escalate issues as needed to keep the process moving ? Maintain professional, cooperative customer relationships ?
