Accounts Receivable & Collection Specialist
We are looking for a friendly and organized individual, experienced in AR & Collections, who is interested in joining an industry-leading construction company.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Contact customers for payment resolution – provide additional documentation as needed.
+ Resolve payment discrepancies.
+ Work with project managers to resolve quantity differences.
+ Maintain accounts and update internal records accordingly.
+ Update payments received in accounting system.
+ Provide monthly reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
+ Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
+ Strong communicator, both by email and over the phone.
+ Detail-oriented and accurate work style.
Education & Experience
+ Experience in the construction industry preferred.
+ Several years of AR and Cash Collections experience.
Pre-Screen
+ Upon offer, employees will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
+ Driver's License preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
+ Rare:(less than 10%): walking, kneeling, squatting, crawling, seeing distance, climbing on/off a truck, climbing, lifting over 10-50 lbs., depth perception, color vision, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, balancing, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs.
