Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic environment where you will manage high-volume accounts receivable tasks and contribute to ensuring accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly adapt and bring expertise in AR processes to the role. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily processing of high-volume accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Monitor aged receivables and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments. • Utilize SAP and other financial systems to maintain and update customer accounts. • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial data integrity. • Collaborate with team members to optimize AR workflows and improve processes. • Use Excel to analyze financial data and create detailed reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts receivable activities. • Assist with system transitions and integration tasks as needed. • Provide excellent customer service when addressing inquiries related to accounts receivable. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. • Proficiency in SAP for managing financial transactions and accounts. • Strong understanding of aged receivables and collection processes. • Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve account discrepancies. • Effective communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams. • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and workflows.
