Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Findlay, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a solid background in billing, collections, and accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Process daily billing activities, including hourly trucking and corrections, to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Manage commercial collections and cash applications to maintain proper cash flow. • Handle cash collections and ensure payments are accurately recorded and reconciled. • Perform various billing functions using accounting software such as Viewpoint. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including billing and collections. • Proficiency in commercial collections and cash applications. • Skilled in using accounting software, specifically Viewpoint. • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
