Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including accurate invoicing, processing incoming payments and deposits, applying payments per customer instructions, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP, MS Word, and Excel is helpful (training provided). This position works closely with customer service, A/P, and management in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment, and may also support audits and other finance initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable or a related role. • Proficiency in handling cash applications, collections, and billing processes. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Familiarity with Word and Excel; training will be provided as necessary. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment. • Knowledge of commercial collections practices is an advantage.
