Description Robert Half is working with a private business office in Rancho Santa Fe, CA to find a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has a strong understanding of AR processes, and is comfortable handling sensitive financial data with discretion. Key Responsibilities: + Generate and send invoices to clients and vendors + Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances + Apply incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts + Maintain accurate AR records and documentation + Assist with month-end close and financial reporting + Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans + Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies + Collaborate with accounting team on cash flow forecasting and collections strategy Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting + Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel + Strong analytical and reconciliation skills + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + High level of professionalism and confidentiality + Experience in a private office or high-net-worth environment is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
