Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Georgetown, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling accounts receivable tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position will be an onsite role. Responsibilities: • Perform data entry for accounts receivable processes across multiple locations with precision and timeliness. • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to manage financial records, analyze data, and generate reports. • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments and invoices. • Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for. • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support auditing and financial reporting. • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company procedures and systems. • Support the implementation of best practices to improve workflow and efficiency. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding payment statuses and account updates. Requirements • Basic knowledge or experience in accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas and data analysis tools. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication abilities for interacting with team members and stakeholders. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
