Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Ceres, California. Responsibilities: • Process and post customer payments promptly and accurately into the accounting system. • Maintain and update account records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or outstanding receivables. • Support the Accounts Receivable team with administrative and clerical duties. • Generate reports and provide updates on account statuses as needed. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable processes. • Perform other tasks as assigned to meet departmental goals.
