Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our logistical distribution team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel and SAP, as well as a solid background in inventory control and analysis. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improved accuracy and efficiency. + Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure alignment with operational requirements. + Input and update inventory findings and data into Excel spreadsheets and SAP systems with a high degree of accuracy. + Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline processes. + Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making. + Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and logistical efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in an inventory control, supply chain, or logistics role (preferred). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience using SAP for inventory management. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
