Description Job Title: Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk Duration: 90-120 days (Possibility of extension or temp-to-hire) Location: Central Oklahoma City, 100% Onsite Hourly Rate: $19/hr Responsibilities: + Perform billing functions accurately and efficiently. + Conduct research and analysis related to accounts receivable. + Process adjustments and reconcile accounts as necessary. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. + Manage high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines effectively. + Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office suite for data entry and reporting. + Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to work schedules. + Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills. + Assist with collections efforts when required. Requirements Requirements: + Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute (wpm). + Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred. + Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
