Title: Accounts Receivable Associate Location: Paterson NJ Terms 6 months contract Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 to 2:30 On Site Daily 30 hour work week. Start: ASAP Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting required Or BS Accounting no experience Requirements: · 2-3 years of A/R, credit collection related experience Required · Thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and collections · Strong analytical skills with a focus on details and accuracy · Highly self-motivated with the ability to remain focused and work with limited supervision, perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and successfully meet deadlines · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Responsibilities · Monitoring cash collections, cash application, chargebacks, disputes, and resolutions · Managing weekly and monthly reporting and analysis · Managing the A/R monthly closing process, account reconciliations · Supporting external audits Ref: #558-Scientific System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
