Position Summary:

 

The Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist Responsible for managing cash receipts posting / balancing, customer credit control / D&B, assists in monthly trial balance reconciliations, and customer billing.

 

Ideal Candidate:

Must be legally authorized in the United StatesMust pocess strong communication skillsAbility to Commute to Hobart, Indiana daily   Responsibilities Posts and reconciles cash receiptsAssists with monthly trial balance reconciliation Manages customer invoicingHelps resolve invoicing issuesProvides back-up for the Billing SpecialistReconciles and maintains customer portals for invoices and paymentsCollections Issues monthly reports for collections and cash forecastingCreates and maintains customer accountsAssists with Internal and External auditingMaintains and assist with credit reviews for customersManages company cards, reconciliation, and policies Manages company cell phones, devices, and policiesInternal auditing to keep compliant with company policies Qualifications Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experienceProficient computer skills including Excel and accounting softwareBasic knowledge of revenue recognitionAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention-to-detail and deadlinesSelf-motivated and detail-orientedTeam oriented and collaborative Job Posting Min Salary USD $24.00 Job Posting Max Salary USD $27.00 Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
