Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable Management: Process daily invoices and bills, monitor outstanding balances, and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
2. Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies on customer accounts while maintaining strong communication with internal and external teams.
3. Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure financial accuracy.
4. Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, aging summaries, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
5. Customer Communication: Maintain detail oriented relationships with clients regarding payment updates or account status.
6. SAP Utilization: Use SAP systems to track invoices, credit memos, and payments; continuously improve systems processing.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, finance regulations, and full compliance with audit requirements.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to streamline processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP required; strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
· Analytical Acumen: Ability to identify trends, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
· Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
· Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle account discrepancies and implement corrective actions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with additional ERP systems in conjunction with SAP.
· Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Knowledge of payment terms, credit policies, and financial principles.
