Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in managing accounts receivable processes, commercial collections, and cash applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing functions and cash activity reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection. • Handle commercial collections, working closely with clients to resolve outstanding balances. • Perform cash application tasks, including applying payments and reconciling discrepancies. • Oversee billing functions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor and report cash activity, providing insights for financial planning and analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable workflows and improve efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions. • Identify and resolve issues related to accounts receivable, ensuring minimal impact on cash flow. • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports related to receivables and collections. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, including invoicing and collections. • Strong understanding of commercial collections processes and best practices. • Proficiency in cash applications, including payment processing and reconciliation. • Familiarity with billing functions and financial reporting. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions. • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. • Proficiency with financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivable.
