Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment while taking on critical tasks such as cash application, deduction research, and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills, particularly when managing large-dollar accounts. Responsibilities: • Process and post cash transactions accurately and efficiently. • Investigate and resolve customer deductions by collaborating with various departments. • Manage accounts related to Amazon US and Amazon Canada, ensuring timely processing and resolution. • Utilize Excel to create detailed reports, including the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. • Conduct research and analysis for high-volume accounts and large-dollar transactions. • Maintain precise records of billing functions and cash activities. • Apply collections strategies to commercial accounts to ensure timely payments. • Leverage SAP systems, including S/4HANA and HANA, to streamline accounts receivable processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all accounts receivable operations. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable operations, including cash applications and collections. • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables effectively. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data. • Ability to handle high-volume transactions and large-dollar accounts. • Excellent research and problem-solving skills for resolving complex deductions. • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of billing functions and cash activity processes.
