Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations while leveraging your expertise in accounts receivable and related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Conduct B2B collections to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues professionally.
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and improve CRM data related to receivables.
• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial transactions.
• Monitor aging accounts and implement strategies to minimize overdue balances.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating financial models.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders to address payment-related concerns.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed to ensure accuracy and transparency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and their application in financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable functions and B2B collections.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in financial operations.
