Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Analyst on a possible temporary-to-hire basis. You’ll manage and optimize AR processes—from invoicing to collections—helping improve cash flow and billing accuracy within our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities + Apply daily cash receipts and manage cash application to customer accounts Indeed + Generate invoices, process credit memos, and issue customer statements + Monitor and analyze aged receivables; prepare aging reports and highlight overdue accounts + Contact customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiate payment plans, and escalate aged accounts as needed + Reconcile AR sub-ledgers and intercompany balances; support month-end close activities + Investigate and clear unapplied or misapplied payments; resolve deductions and short payments + Collaborate with sales, production, customer service, and treasury teams to align on discrepancies and billing issues + Help streamline AR processes and support automation initiatives Requirements + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Indeed + 1–3 years of AR, cash application, reconciliation, and collections experience—manufacturing experience a plus + Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills—able to work under minimal supervision + Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
