Accounts Receivable Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our client in Vancouver, Washington. This is a contract to permanent position that requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid background in accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable operations, including processing payments and ensuring accuracy in cash applications. • Oversee commercial collections to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive client relationships. • Perform detailed billing functions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Reconcile cash activity to identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation. • Analyze financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable workflows and improve efficiency. • Monitor aging reports to proactively address overdue accounts. • Assist in the implementation of best practices for accounts receivable management. • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on accounts receivable performance. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, including billing and cash applications. • Strong skills in commercial collections and resolving outstanding balances. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and data analysis. • Previous experience working in the non-profit sector is required. • Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
