Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Carrollton, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining efficient accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations. • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain detailed records in accounting systems. • Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track and manage customer accounts effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows. • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making. • Monitor cash activity and ensure timely deposits and postings. • Support accounts payable processes as needed to ensure a seamless financial operation. • Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software systems. • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency in billing and receivables operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and financial analysis. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP solutions. • Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise resource planning tools. • Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Effective communication skills for resolving discrepancies and providing recommendations. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
