The Accounts Receivable Analyst reviews and manages accounts to reduce the days of sales outstanding and to reduce receivables on a company-wide basis. 

 

Principle Duties:

Manage past dues, balance dues and credits on assigned accountsRecommend delinquent accounts to be placed on cash and/or with an outside collection agency to manageDiscover and correct billing errorsSend supporting documentation to customer as requiredWork closely with Service Center Managers and Account ManagersEnsure timely payments on customer's accountsContinuously improve processes Qualifications Written and oral communication skillsCan work in a fast paced environmentBasic math skillsBasic computer knowledge including Excel, OutlookFluent in EnglishLegally eligible to work in the United StatesMust be at least 18 years of age Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days
