High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience highly preferred. Two years previous work experience in a responsible accounting position within the hotel industry is preferred.Ability to read and analyze financial statements and statistical information and other day to day correspondence.Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division is essential. Ability to provide written documentation to communicate with various customers, vendors, guests, owners, resort managers, and resort executives and maintain information on general ledger journal entries, monthly account analysis, tax information, and any type of special analysis required from time to time.Ability to sit for long periods of time (98% of the typical work shift) while working on the computer, processing of paperwork and communicating with various customers via a telephone.
