Job DescriptionDaily Accounts Receivable activities include updating AR system, contacting customers for outstanding past due invoices and over credit limit balances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly contact with each customer on overdue invoices (+ 15 Days)Update A/R Log with detailed collection notes listing actions on each invoice and timely follow-upBuild key relationships with clients and internal staff to more effectively resolve issues and collect payment on invoices quicklyWeekly reporting on slow-paying clients and aged invoicesWeekly updates with Accounting Manager on any issues that need further assistanceWeekly 1 on 1 meeting with Operational departmentsSupport Accounting Department and other Product departments with miscellaneous tasks related to accountingQualifications
