Description Seeking Experienced Accounting & Finance professionals to join our Full Time Engagement Professional team! Some of these include: + System conversions + Reconsolidations + Mergers/Acquisitions + Medical/Maternity Leaves + Annual Audits + Staff Reductions + Peak Workload Demands Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the successful Accounts Payable candidate include: + Review and verify invoices and check requests; enter and upload invoices into system + Sort, code, match and set invoices up for payment + Track expenses and process expense reports + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments; prepare and perform check runs + Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records; reconcile accounts payable transactions + Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date + Maintain vendor files; research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries + Provide supporting documentation for audits + Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion Requirements + 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience + High School GED or higher. Some college preferred. + Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookups), MS Word, and MS Outlook experience + Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures + Must possess strong attention to detail and solid communication abilities.
