Seeking Experienced Accounting & Finance professionals to join our Full Time Engagement Professional team!
As a Full Time Engagement Professional Consultant, you are a full time employee of Robert Half (a Fortune 500 Company), with an Annual Salary, Comprehensive Benefits, Bonuses and many other Educational Resources; such as tuition reimbursement, certifications and career guidance.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the successful Accounts Payable candidate include:
+ Review and verify invoices and check requests; enter and upload invoices into system
+ Sort, code, match and set invoices up for payment
+ Track expenses and process expense reports
+ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments; prepare and perform check runs
+ Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records; reconcile accounts payable transactions
+ Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
+ Maintain vendor files; research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
+ Provide supporting documentation for audits
+ Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion
Requirements
+ 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
+ High School GED or higher. Some college preferred.
+ Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookups), MS Word, and MS Outlook experience
+ Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures
+ Must possess strong attention to detail and solid communication abilities.
Additional but Not Required:
+ Experience leading a team
Software/System Expertise (multiple preferred but not required):
+ Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Concur, Yardi, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, MAS 90, ADP, JD Edwards
