Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable – Senior Process Associate – German –Remote Poland
In this role, you will manage and oversee the accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy in billing details.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for timely payments.
Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments received.
Prepare regular reports on AR status, highlighting overdue accounts.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing issues or disputes.
Maintain organized records of all billing and reconciliation activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in AR
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
