Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled AP and T&E Senior Analyst within our Global Business Services (GBS). This role will be responsible for overseeing operations of a small team within the Accounts Payable and Expense department, which encompasses invoice verification, payment authorizations, auditing employee expense reports, and managing corporate credit cards. It involves supervising AP and T&E team members, ensuring adherence to designed processes and controls.
AccountabilitiesOversee the daily functions of a team of 2 – 7 within the Accounts Payable and Expense departmentSupport the establishment and maintenance of a stringent control environment that aligns with the company's internal control framework and global policySupervise and assist with invoice processing to ensure that all bills and employee reimbursements are settled accurately and on timeCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated invoice discrepanciesReview payment proposals for electronic transfers, checks, and wires, adhering to the global policyResolve escalated payment issues while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholdersAddress escalated AP inquiries from vendors and internal teamsLead developing and communicating AP reports as requested by the AP and T&E ManagerManage the audit of employee expense reports in accordance with our global policy, utilizing the Concur expense systemPerform periodic expense compliance audits to ensure the integrity of expense payments in alignment with local and global policiesDevelop and maintain training materials and resources for employees regarding expense policies and proceduresEvaluate periodic reports from Concur to provide KPIs and facilitate the continuous improvement of expense reimbursement processesTrain, mentor, and assess the performance of AP and T&E analystsFoster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholdersQualifications and ExperienceEssential:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field4 – 7 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial managementHighly detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced team environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsFast learner of technology and coachablePreferred:
Master’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designationTechnical Skills and KnowledgeEssential:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
