Your main responsibility will be to ensure all invoices are approved and paid on time, maintaining the accounts payable system and resolve complex issues while ensuring adherence to procedures. You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, based in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam. This is a hybrid workspace.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify assigned locations invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals are compliant with internal controls, process and level of authority before paymentProcess invoices and payments for assigned locationsTo resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (identify and facilitate resolution for suppliers)Correspond with internal and external parties and respond to inquiriesReconcile unapplied pre-payment in supplier account to ensure no long outstanding item
 

Qualifications:

Minimum a diploma / bachelor’s degree in Accounting / FinanceMinimum 1 year of experience in Accounts PayableBahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is requiredAccounting system experience – Oracle, SAP S4 Hana, QADIntermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
