Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage a high volume of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience handling large invoice volumes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: + Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely. + Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wires). + Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar). + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. + Attention to detail and accuracy.
