Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Accurately process and review invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.Data Entry: Input invoice details into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.Payment Processing.Vendor Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile vendor statements, promptly resolving any discrepancies or issues.Month-End and Year-End Support: Contribute to closing processes by preparing accounts payable reports.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
