What you’ll be doing You will maintain and process the daily activities and transactions of the Accounting Department related to accounts payable (AP) and cash disbursements for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), its affiliates, and managed companies. Location: Medford, OR, On-Site How you’ll do it: Champion PRS culture by living our Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every aspect of your role, while fostering professionalism and teamwork. Manage full-cycle accounts payable including receiving, verifying, coding, and processing invoices, preparing payment batches, maintaining check and bank records, reconciling accounts, and supporting construction project invoice documentation. Oversee compliance and accuracy by maintaining vendor tax information, processing 1099s, ensuring proper handling of outstanding checks/unclaimed property, and keeping detailed files for audits and internal controls. Support operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline or automate AP processes, producing month-end balancing and audit reports, and maintaining thorough knowledge of all AP systems. Provide responsive support by processing employee reimbursements, assisting facilities when staff are absent, reviewing vendor statements for open credits or overdue invoices, and handling other AP assignments as needed. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 / hr DOE About you: Minimum of 2 years’ experience processing accounts payable or related accounting functions. Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices and procedures is preferred. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
