Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Contract Review / Equipment Control Specialist
Location: near Streetsboro, OH
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional for a contract-to-hire position that functions as a hybrid role between two departments: Contract Review / Customer Onboarding and Equipment Control. This position is on-site near Streetsboro, and offers a dynamic blend of administrative, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities.

General Requirements (All Candidates Must Possess):

Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate and use multiple software systems and websites

Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and email)

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong multitasking ability and flexibility to shift between tasks quickly

Effective time management and task prioritization

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

This hybrid role supports two primary functions:

Contract Review / Customer Onboarding:

Run credit checks as needed

Make modest credit decisions in accordance with company policy and assigned authority

Enter and update customer information in the Transportation Management System (TMS)

Review, edit, and finalize customer contracts

Complete online registrations required by customers

Equipment Control Specialist:

Answer inbound department calls

Monitor and respond to the equipment control group email

Process and track invoices and statements as assigned

Investigate billing disputes and apply credits to designated accounts

Track and trace equipment as needed

Manage and maintain assigned purchase orders (POs)

Process storage documentation and assist with related tasks

Provide general operational support to the department as needed
