Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: • Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments. • Utilize Stampli software to manage and track accounts payable workflows. • Oversee purchase order processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments. • Maintain detailed records of transactions and ensure data integrity in accounting systems. • Apply industry-specific accounting practices, particularly within the construction sector. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all accounts payable operations. • Work with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel to generate reports and analyze financial data. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable with a focus on high-volume invoice processing. • Proficiency in Stampli software for managing AP workflows. • Strong knowledge of purchase order systems and workflows. • Familiarity with accounting practices in the construction industry. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors.
