We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! Are you a detail-loving AP pro with a knack for supporting multiple moving pieces? **This position is hybrid and will require three days in our Dallas, TX office**In this role, you will:Assist with vendor onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and smooth setupReview P-card transactions for accuracy in coding and policy complianceWork in coordination with accounting, business and finance teamsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement and payables processMaintain high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and serviceWork on additional projects as neededYou’ll need:5+ years of experience in Accounts PayableStrong organizational skills — you're the type who loves a checklistA collaborative, team-first mindsetSolid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends)A proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new thingsExcellent communication skills — both written and verbalWhat's the team like?In this role you will report to the Director of Accounts Payable ProcurementThe team is incredibly collaborative and resourcefulThe Specialists on this team who succeed are detail-oriented team players with exceptional work ethic that can research problems, drive resolutions, and quickly build relationship across the organization#LI-MG1
