Description Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic organization? Our client in Windsor is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their team on a contract-to-permanent placement basis. This role offers an excellent chance for growth and the potential to transition into a permanent position with a respected company. Key Responsibilities Process and review invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all proper approvals are in place. Manage vendor payments, including reconciliations and tracking. Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and month-end processes. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or inquiries. Assist in implementing process improvements and system efficiencies within the accounts payable function. Requirements Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
