Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Irvine, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of the accounts payable process. This is an on-site role requiring your presence in the office five days a week. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently on a daily basis. • Verify and code invoices with appropriate account details to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Manage payments, including ACH transfers and check runs, while adhering to company policies. • Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors to maintain strong relationships. • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company guidelines and regulatory standards. • Utilize intermediate Excel skills to organize and analyze data for reporting purposes. • Support month-end closing activities by preparing accounts payable reports. • Collaborate with internal departments to address any invoice or payment-related issues. • Assist in streamlining processes to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable workflow. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable, including full-cycle processing. • Strong knowledge of invoice coding and account reconciliation. • Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems. • Proficiency in handling ACH transactions and check runs. • Intermediate-level Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Effective communication abilities for interacting with vendors and internal teams. Looking for a bilingual individual in Spanish. • Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems. • Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California, five days a week.
