Ideal candidates with all at least a couple of years of AP experience, experience with an ERP system, and ideally 3-way match processing proficiency. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions while adhering to established financial policies and procedures. • Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure proper approvals, accurate coding, and correct amounts. • Match purchase orders and receipts with invoices to validate accuracy. • Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing. • Enter invoices into the organization's system for timely payment. • Execute check runs in accordance with work instructions and schedules. • Provide assistance to vendors and suppliers by addressing payment inquiries and resolving balance concerns. • Attach copies of check payments to vouchers for accurate record-keeping. • Organize and file vouchered invoices to maintain a structured and accessible database.
