This industry leader is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the critical life cycle of sales and invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee the entire life cycle of the sales and invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion tasks + Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, address inquiries, and continuously improve workflows. + Develop and maintain strong communication channels with customers, internal sales teams, and finance departments. + Accurately process accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies and timelines. + Assist in preparing sales reports, metrics, and trend analyses. + Manage data entry tasks related to sales and invoicing, maintaining accuracy and consistency within ERP/CRM systems. + Identify and address potential process inefficiencies, providing feedback to departments and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered. + 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or other accounting role + Proficiency in using ERP or CRM systems + Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and customers. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
