My client is currently hiring for a Fully Remote Accounts Payable Specialist role!

Job Description

Processing reimbursements for parents – research required for processing that is in depth due to the multitude of items that qualify with the scholarship.Resolve discrepancies with reimbursements.Utilize EMA for processing.Graded frequently on number of reimbursements they are able to process.Start out with roughly 30/day and will work their way up to 100/day.Process reimbursements.Assist with AP automation process.Research and code invoices to appropriate grant.Resolve reimbursement discrepancies.

Qualifications to Apply:

1-2 years or more experience with accounts payableQuiet workspace for remote workExcellent communication skillsExperience in the following is a plus, but not required:General ledgerInvoice processingJournal entriesReimbursementsReconciliations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
