Our local client is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As a accounts payable clerk, you will be part of the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills and  ability to collaborate with internal and external departments which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Account Payable Specialist

Location: Mills River NC

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

 

What’s the Job?

responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Use QBO’s AI capabilities to automate vendor bill entry and streamline AP workflows Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for verification and approval Manage payment runs, including check processing, ACH, and wire transfers

 

What’s Needed?

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Experience working in a multi-location or multi-entity environment Experience with QuickBooks; QuickBooks Online preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
