Remote Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based) | Schedule: 7:30AM-4:30PM EST, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

One of our growing clients is expanding their Accounts Payable team and is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join them! This is a fully remote position from 7:30AM-4:30PM Eastern Standard Time.

Job Duties:

Conduct in-depth research to validate qualifying items under scholarship guidelinesAccurately process reimbursements using the EMA platformResolve discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issuesPerformance-Based ProcessingStart by processing 30 reimbursements/dayProgressively increase to 100+/day with training and experienceAssist with AP automation initiativesResearch and code invoices to the appropriate grantsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and reimbursement discrepancies

Necessary Skills:

Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance roleStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFamiliarity with EMA or similar reimbursement platforms is a plusSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
