Job Type: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Freehold, NJ

Pay: $25 to $30/hr

A leading construction company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not

limited to processing invoices, matching to purchase orders, reconciliations, working with subcontractors, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, Provide

timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to payroll and billing with an emphasis on auditing, quality assurance, and controls, and much more!

What you'll be responsible for:

Support accounting related functionsProcess invoicesVendor ManagementProvide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to AP with an emphasis on invoicing, 3 way matching, auditing, quality assurance, and controlsMaintain client information such as site location, mailing and billing information in accordance with department and company policies, with an emphasis on contract reviewCommunicate with subcontractorsCreate pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s within Microsoft Excel

What you’ll bring:

2 to 5 years of accounts payable experienceExperience within the construction industryNeed to have experience doing AIA BillingStrong MS Excel skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
