Kforce's client located in Tinton Falls, NJ is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position. 4 days in the office, one day work from home (Friday). This role offers excellent company culture. Key Responsibilities: * AP Specialist will process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization * Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts * Code and enter invoices into the accounting system * Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies * As an AP Specialist, you will assist with month-end closing processes and accruals * Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies * Support internal audits and compliance requirements * Collaborate with other departments to improve accounts payable processes
