Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Corporate Accounting Operations based in Lenexa, KS. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume environment.
ResponsibilitiesExecute weekly vendor check and ACH runs accurately and on time.Obtain invoices from corporate departments and accurately input them into the ERP system for approval and posting.Manage accounts payable processes with a focus on organization and reliability.Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet accuracy and timeliness goals.Respond to inquiries from branches and vendors professionally and promptly.Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and an ability to learn new functionalities.Collaborate effectively with others through various communication methods.Prepare ad hoc reports for management as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts payable, invoice processing, accounting, and invoicing.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and V Look-Ups.Experience in handling a high volume of invoicing workflow.2+ years of experience in accounts payable.Experience working in a large company with at least $500 million in revenue.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.Work Environment
This position is 100% in-office, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
