Job Description
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for Corporate Accounting Operations based in Lenexa, KS. This position is responsible for executing the weekly vendor check and ACH runs, obtaining invoices from corporate departments, and accurately inputting them in the ERP system for approval and posting. The role requires an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the weekly vendor check and ACH runs in an accurate and timely mannerObtain invoices from corporate departments and accurately input in the ERP system for approval and postingManage accounts payable with an emphasis on accuracy and timelinessRespond to branch and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional mannerPossess good computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer functionalityWork well with others through all methods of communicationPrepare ad hoc reporting to management when neededEssential Skills4-6 years of accounts payable experienceExperience working in AP for a company with at least $500 million in revenueAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and V Look-Ups)Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with multiple locations preferredConstruction industry experience preferredExperience working in multiple systemsWork Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
