Execute the weekly vendor check and ACH runs in an accurate and timely mannerObtain invoices from corporate departments and accurately input in the ERP system for approval and postingAP management reportingDetail oriented, reliable, and well organizedAbility to work independently and with a team in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timelinessRespond to Branch and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional mannerPossess good computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer functionalityWork well with others through all methods of communicationPrepare ad hoc reporting to management when needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
