Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-established company in Vista, CA to find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, managing invoice workflows, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle AP processing, from invoice entry to payment reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: + Process high-volume vendor invoices and match with purchase orders + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments + Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with internal controls + Communicate with vendors and internal departments Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + 2+ years of AP experience in a high-volume environment + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and time management skills + Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
