Accounts Payable Specialist
Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. Responsibilities: • Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment. • Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including invoice reconciliation and payment processing. • Execute check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments efficiently and accurately. • Handle high-volume invoicing tasks, including entering and coding invoices. • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while processing approved invoices. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper three-way matching for invoice payments. • Utilize SAP to track, manage, and reconcile accounts payable transactions. • Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoice payments and reconciliation. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records for audits and reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in processing high-volume invoices and managing payment cycles. • Hands-on experience with SAP for accounts payable functions. • Strong knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and check runs. • Familiarity with three-way matching and invoice reconciliation processes. • Ability to accurately code and enter invoices into accounting systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for communication and task management. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
