Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client’s accounting team on a contract basis through early next year. This on-site role requires strong full-cycle AP experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes + Receive invoices via shared inbox + Match, batch, and code invoices accurately Obtain proper approvals for payment processing + Prepare and process weekly check runs + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Maintain vendor records and support vendor communication + Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing Requirements + 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience - manufacturing experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Must have ERP experience in systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Etc. + Proficiency in AP systems and Excel (Intermediate -v-lookups, pivots) + Excellent communication and teamwork skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
