Description **Accounts Payable Specialist** Our long-time client is seeking a meticulous and motivated individual with solid accounting and interpersonal skills to fill the role of an Accounts Payable Specialist. The position comprises processing incoming invoices, verifying their accuracy, and entering them into Timberline. Furthermore, you will be preparing weekly payable reports, processing monthly invoicing, and drafting and distributing monthly reports. Proficient knowledge of project contracts, invoices, and change order documents is required for this role. Ideally, you will have at least a year of accounting or AP experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
